Tell us a little about your visit and we'll confirm your time within 48 hours. For last-minute requests, call us directly at 289-362-1576.

Before you arrive

Appointments are semi-private and hold up to four guests, with 90 minutes of one-on-one time with your stylist. We ask that children under 12 not attend, so every bride gets the full experience.

A few tips

  • Walk-ins are always welcome, but appointments are highly recommended — booking ahead guarantees you a dedicated stylist and fitting room.
  • We're closed Mondays. Sundays are by appointment only, so please don't stop by without booking first on either day.
  • Wear undergarments you're comfortable in — muted colours work best.
  • Bring slippers or socks; outdoor shoes come off at the door.
  • Feel free to take photos of every gown you try.
  • Our entrance stays locked between appointments — call when you arrive.
  • Running more than 15 minutes late? Just call and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
